CCP recently introduced the chance for those in HighSec to mine ores normally found in LowSec and NullSec. These new ore sites only appear in 0.5 security systems that are adjacent to LowSec. They can be found through the Agency - Resource Harvesting - Ore Anomalies, or by looking for them on the Map.
