The fitting for the siting paladin so tight, cap or tracking in the low are compulsory choosing one. I'd say that's rather yo favor, tracking exactly but cap must rep. *Although I've tried downgrading on turrets, still fitting was so tighted but turrets cycle time could be the answer.
