Phantasm - Monster of the Microgang

The Phantasm is one of the strongest and most often overlooked nano platforms in Eve Online. Because of its AB bonus it frequently gets bucketed into the category of "ESS ship", but I wholeheartedly disagree - it shines best on nano grids. Whether it is nuking frigates, holding big targets or pumping out healthy amounts of close range laser damage - the Phantasm shines at all things.
