Too close to call! - Harbinger Navy Issue - EVE Online Small Gang PvP

A very close encounter I had with VeGa Alliance. I am joined by Dobber and Willow. I very much enjoy this shield Harbinger navy with the optimal range bonus of the hull with the high damage and long range of the beams. It still feels plenty tanky and fast with the shield tank and self speed link on it.
