Angel Cartel Naval Shipyard (DED 10/10) in a cheaply fitted Vargur (read description)

I'm too lazy to create a voice over for the video. So I'll add some remarks here in the description. The goal is to show that a cheaply fitted (only T2 and meta modules) Vargur can run this site in a good time. Of course you could do it faster if you spend more on the fit but this way you can risk less when traveling to the site. Personally I also don't care to shave of more from the run time as I usually do it more on the side while barely paying attention and travel time is there anyway.
