@JustAbout__‬ I was chased off an ESS several jumps away by about 10 lokis and went to this ESS. A solo loki which seemed to not be part of the previous fleet went to the ESS and fought me 1 v 1. It turns out to be a really bling loki but without battery or capacitor booster.
